Delivery Time:
Most of my beads are made to order.  Please allow five to seven days between placing the order and shipment.  If you are trying to meet a special date for giving a gift, please let me know and I'll do the best I can to help you out depending on how many orders I already have outstanding.

A few items might indicate an in-stock quantity.  That means I have one already made and can ship the next business day.

Shipping Options:

We try to keep shipping costs as low as we can -- pretty much for what it costs us in postage and packing materials.  The checkout cart computes an approximate shipping cost which we try to honor except in unusual circumstances.  We'll get in touch if for some reason the actual shipping cost varies significantly from that estimate.  To get insurance, please select USPS first class with insurance as a shipping option.  We also offer Fedex shipping.  We will ship overseas to most countries, but please contact us for details.

Because we are located in Allegheny County Pennsylvania, 7% sales tax is added for PA shipping addresses.

Returns:
I really hope you'll enjoy my beads!  If you are unhappy with them when they arrive, please contact me so we can work it out amicably.  If you do need to return items for some reason, I will give a full refund (less shipping costs) if they are returned unworn within 7 days of the time I ship them.  Between 7 and 30 days I will give in-store credit.

While we seldom have problems, you should consider insuring your purchase and any return shipment if you are worried about damage.

Unique Handmade Beads:
The photos you see are beads I designed and made myself, but usually have already been sold on eBay. I'll make you an additional set to order that are very similar to the pictured beads. But of course since every one of my beads is a unique hand-made item, there will be slight differences from the picture.
